What’s better than fresh fruits straight from the farmer’s market? If you want to experience the
authentic taste of Croatia, just step outside our hostel and you should already hear the hustle
from the vibrant local market Dolac. In just a short minute of walking you will find yourself
in fields of green under colorful umbrellas.

The Old town is also home to many other Croatian artisan foods, such as the famous Vincek
pastry shop with legendary ice cream (5 min walk), and if you go further on Ilica all the way
to Britanac (15 min walk) next to our partner hostel, Whole Wide World hostel, you can also
find a flea market every Sunday to really experience the local atmosphere in the city.
